This is a kind reminder to all taxpayers in Group One of TIMS that the rescheduled commencement date of 01st January 2021 is drawing near and we hope everyu business is now ready to commence issuing fiscal invoices and receipts as per requirements of the TIMS Regulations 2020

Please note that we will not accept any more request for further time extensions for preparations as substantial time was provided since we had launched TIMS in March 2020

The Ministry will immediately commence with its enforcement actions within January 2021 on those who will not take this notice seriously and impose penalty provisions of the TIMS Regulations 2020 and its legislations.

We greatly appreciated and applaud the courage and commitment of those who have already issued fiscal invoices despite the challenges of many factors beyond your controls. Please continue with your commended voluntarily compliance path and MCR will continue to provide the priority support and assistance that is available at any time.
