To All Taxpayers Registered on the Tax Monitoring System (TIMS)

The Ministry of Revenue hereby notifies all taxpayers registered on the Tax Invoice Monitoring System (TIMS) that a refresher training will be conducted during period 30 April – 07 May 2026.

This training will also introduce the recent system upgrade, which includes several enhancements designed to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall user experience. Official invitations will be sent to taxpayers with details of the scheduled sessions. Your attendance is highly recommended to ensure full understanding of the upgraded system and to engage directly with the Ministry for support. The Ministry will begin applying penalties and other forms of enforcement actions for taxpayers not issuing fiscal invoices and is no longer allowing extensions for full compliance.

For further information or assistance, taxpayers may contact Taimane Ropati-Leilua (TIMS Project Manager) on email tropati@revenue.gov.ws or telephone 20411 ext 338. We look forward to your participation.
