• Request letter to CEO on the type of manufacturing license
  • A site plan
  • Copy of incorporation if the applicant is a company
  • Copy of business license
  • Copy of qualification of people listed
  • If all these requirements are presented together with the application form then this will be passed to CEO for approval. Once the approval is granted then officers will conduct inspections of the CCA, machineries, ingredients etc prior to payment of fees
