The Ministry wishes to advice all our customers and partners that as per the Level 2 restrictions and working conditions approved by the Cabinet under the state of emergency orders, our operational hours for both Internal Revenue and Customs offices are as follows:

• MONDAY – FRIDAY from 9am to 3pm
• Cashier 9am to 2pm

Kindly note that these are temporary measures for two weeks, from Monday 31 Jan to Friday 11th February 2022 until further notice.

This is also to advise our businesses which have yet to renew their licenses under the administration of the IRS and Customs Services, to please use the time extension granted to renew your licenses without further delay as to avoid immediate imposition of late payment penalties.

Given national precautionary measures as to maintain safety from covid-19 virus, we again remind that you must always wear a mask, use sanitizer and carry around your vaccination card to show before you
enter any doors of our offices at level 4 of the DBS building (IRS office), at Matautu tai (Customs office) and Salelologa (our Savaii office). We trust we will work together on these measures as to avoid any unnecessary actions from our teams to turn away any non-compliant person.
